Inside, you'll find a comfortable and welcoming space that can accommodate up to 6 adults and their dependent children. You'll have all the essentials you need to make your stay a comfortable one, including a start-up supply of household items like laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

House Rules:
Please note that pool and landscape vendors will have access to the backyard once per week, with pool service occurring every Thursday. Service days are subject to change and may occur up to twice a week. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am, and events, parties, and gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems and monitors on the exterior of the property.

Pets are considered for a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

FAQ's:
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 10 min drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 20 minutes away.

Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping all around within a short driving distance.

Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Great rental for a family reunion. The back yard felt like we were staying in a resort. Had 2 outdoor kitchens. Tv and plenty of room.

Great place if you want to just have fun and not leave!

Overall

Our goal was to have fun together without having to drive all over the place. The outdoor space is amazing and provides lots of different activities. The pool is refreshing after time on the putting green or sport court. And, there is lots of shade when the sun is too much. It was fun to watch football in outdoor TV area, and the size of the indoor TVs is great. Two fridges were nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient, and the A/C is great.
