Backyard: This large backyard has plenty of seating, lush landscape and grill for you to cook out on! Enjoy the Arizona sun lounging around the pool.

FAQ’s

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 10 min drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.

Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping all around within a short distance.

Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable and welcoming space that can accommodate up to 6 adults and their dependent children. You'll have all the essentials you need to make your stay a comfortable one, including a start-up supply of household items like laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

House Rules:
Please note that pool and landscape vendors will have access to the backyard once per week, with pool service occurring every Thursday. Service days are subject to change and may occur up to twice a week. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am, and events, parties, and gatherings of any kind are prohibited.

Pets are considered for a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet. Finally, this home is just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, where you can explore the many entertainment, restaurant, and nightlife options in the area. We hope you have a wonderful stay!

Management will review and assess each reservation. We reserve the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 if deemed necessary. The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out provided there are no damages or incidents that the renter is liable to.
