Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the residents and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort style backyard that has a pool, spa, water features, outdoor shower and changing room and a covered ramada complete with TV, bar area, fireplace and a large area of plush seating. There is an option to add pool heat for the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort style lounge seating with large umbrellas and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to play some pickleball or a game of basketball? Head on over to the Sport Court. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, outdoor pool table, horseshoes and large yard area to run around or play cornhole. Did we mention misters? After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private media room complete with Sonos surround sound. Need some additional entertainment? Take in a game of shuffleboard, play a game of cards or watch your favorite show on one of the TV’s provided in every main space and bedroom. Your HÓZHÓ experience has it all!

Additional Amenities: HÓZHÓ Scottsdale has partnered with KEY Concierge Services to further enhance your vacation with us. KEY provides a robust offering of services that includes simple conveniences such as grocery and alcohol pickup and delivery, to in home spa services and private chef options, as well as excursions to Sedona or on a helicopter tour! Let KEY help you take the stress out of trying to schedule all these activities prior to your arrival.
KEY is a private 3rd party company and their offerings, and any agreements made between the guest and KEY are not connected to House and Home Vacations or the owner of the property.

Main House:
Bed 1 - King Master with fireplace and a desk to work from home overlooking pool. The master bathroom offers a walk-through shower, 7 shower heads, jetted bathtub, double vanities, and toilet room.
Bed 2 - King bed ensuite. Bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.
Bed 3 - King bedroom shares a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bed 4 - King bedroom shares a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bed 5 - Bunk room for the kiddos! Twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds.
Bed 6 - King bedroom shares bath with walk in shower in hallway

Guest Casita:
Cozy living area and kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink.
Bed 7 King master ensuite with walk in shower
Bed 8 - Double suite Queen by Queen hotel suite style room. Shares full shower/tub combo bath in hall
Bed 9 - Queen bedroom that shares full bathroom in hall.

Management will review and assess each reservation. We reserve the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 if deemed necessary. The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out provided there are no damages or incidents that the renter is liable to.

**Pool heating is available upon request and is highly recommended September thru April. Fees do apply.
