Escape to our relaxing 7-bedroom Scottsdale home, ideal for groups and families. Enjoy the convenience of a prime location near Scottsdale's best shopping, dining, golf and nightlife. With abundant amenities and ample indoor and outdoor spaces, you'll create lasting memories in our stunning home.

The Space

Discover Villa Moderna, a stunning home in Central Scottsdale, designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. Outside, you'll find a brand-new pool with a swim-up bar and water slide, alongside a spacious hot tub. The entertainer's kitchen opens to the outdoor grilling area, making it easy to host family and friends. Inside, Villa Moderna features seven well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: King Bedroom ensuite with a walk-in closet. The master bath offers a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with walk-in closet
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed.
Bedrooms 2-4 share a full-size bathroom in a hallway - with a double sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 5 King Bedroom with attached bathroom that also leads to hallway.
Bedroom 6: Full Bed
Bedroom 7: Twin over Full Bunkbed
Bedrooms 5-7 share a full-size bathroom - with a private toilet room and shower/tub combo.

Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.

There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out. This has to be approved by management first.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

We require a Damage Deposit of $1000 for all local guests. This will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages that the renter is liable for.
