Welcome to the exclusivity of HÓZHÓ Scottsdale. Built on a secluded 40-acre desert oasis compound, the estate is exceptionally private with gated entrance, and offers 8 bedrooms, 8 baths with a movie theater.

Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and you will immediately be drawn to the resort style backyard that has a state-of-the-art heated pool, oversized spa, large slide, water features and a covered swim up bar complete with 65 inch TV and fridge to keep those beverages cold. The outdoor area also has plush lounge seating, in-pool seating and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, firepit, and cornhole!  Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with wolf
appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater complete with Sonos surround sound. We also provide TV’s in each of the living spaces and bedrooms. Need some additional entertainment? Take in a game of billiards, play a game of cards, or challenge your family and friends on the old-style arcade. Quite simply your HÓZHÓ experience has it all!

Bedroom 1: King Master ensuite with chaise lounge nestled in front of a personal fireplace, a workout room, and private access to the backyard. Two private toilet rooms in the bathroom and one with a bidet. His and her sinks, two master walk in closets, a dual shower head walk in shower, and a double person bathtub.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed. This library turned into a bedroom offers a second level reading area and access to the warp around, south-facing balcony. There is an unattached, full bath with walk in shower located in the hallway.
Bedroom 3: King size bed en suite with walk in shower and a queen over queen bunk bed built into the wall.
Bedroom 4: King bed ensuite with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 5: King bed ensuite with a twin over twin daybed and a walk in shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 6: King bed ensuite with a walk in shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 7: King bed ensuite with a walk in shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 8: Upstairs King bed with private balcony and access to full bath with walk in shower located in the hallway.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

Sydney, Carlos and the team at Hozho were super responsive and made the whole process very easy.

The house is incredible. I had a group of 20 guys down there and everyone was blown away. The house actually made our group feel small. The backyard set up is top notch and the fellas were entertained all weekend. Book Hozho west! you will not regret it.

We have enjoyed many vacation homes in the past but this beautiful home checked all the boxes. It was spacious , clean and well equipped. We are a family of 10 adults and 6 children. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs and beyond. There was plenty of room to spread out. Everyone especially enjoyed the pool and theater room. The kitchen was a dream and we spent lots of time enjoying that space.
Any issues that arose were addressed immediately by the house managers. The property is amazing. We were surrounded by mountains and cactuses. The location is close to stores, restaurants and activities. We would stay here again.

Our experience was AMAZING from start to finish. We were greeted at the door with wine and snacks for my 18 guests. Any questions I had the team gave me cell phone #'s for immediate response. The property manager even showed up to assist me on her day off and she could have given me instructions over the phone. Very personable and great customer service. A must visit again!!

Fantastic rental for our guys long weekend of golf! Hozho West rental and property management was better than we imagined for our trip to Scottsdale. Beautiful house with plenty of room and amenities for all fifteen of us and property management team was professional, on time and helpful with our rental experience. Pool and backyard was like being at a 5 star resort, no one wanted to leave the facility. Everyone enjoyed our stay so much that we are all talking about making this an annual event, same city, same house!

Our group had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, large and well laid out. Even with a large group it never felt crowded. The pool and swim up bar area is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy the company of the group you are with.

This house is absolutely perfect for large groups. We stayed here with our entire family (20 guests) and there was no reason to leave the house during our stay. But even when we did, there was plenty to do nearby including restaurants and golf. The house itself is very nice and clean. As you can tell from the photos, the pool is amazing for both kids and adults. There is plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to spread out as much as needed. This is a next level Vacation rental! We stayed here and enjoyed every aspect of this rental from the rec space to the movie theatre to the amazing outdoor spaces. Kids loved the arcade game, bumper pool and the pool slide. Adults loved the different lounge areas, the hot tub, fire pit and corn hole. Everyone enjoyed the pool, it was truly awesome.
