Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and enjoy the back patio complete with a calming water feature and firepit with plenty of space for your guest's outdoor dining experience. The resort style backyard is a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa. The area also includes your own putting green and grilling station.

Indoor Luxury: All HOZHO Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with Thermador appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater or relax in harmony in your very own spa room complete with infinity tub and massage tables. The main house has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are ensuite. The casita includes an additional en-suite King bedroom, separate full bath, kitchen, and three queen bed-nooks in the loft.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

When our other accommodation cancelled on us at the last minute, the House and Home team got us into this home the next day. Carlos met us at the house at check-in to show us around and answer any questions.....and provided a phone number to text/call if needed. The home, which is brand new and beautifully designed, provided plenty of dishes, cooking tools, and towels (both bath and pool). Our family of 14 had plenty of room - including beds inset in the walls of the loft which the kids loved. The heated pool provided hours of enjoyment along with the putting green and outside TV area. The house was convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as other attractions (hiking, golfing, etc.) I would definitely recommend this home and this management team!

This home was amazing! Brand new everything including the pool! They have thought of everything on this home and it did not disappoint. Pool is brand new, built in hot tub and plenty of room to relax outdoors on the daybeds and in the evening around the fire pit. The movie theatre was great, everyone who stayed in our group had their own bathroom and the wives really enjoyed the spa area. 100% recommend. The property manager was next level! Welcome goodies when we arrived and she even showed us around the property so we knew how to use everything. We will be back to visit another HOZHO Scottsdale property for sure!
