Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and enjoy the front terrace complete with a calming water fountain and fireplace with plenty of space for your guest's outdoor dining experience.  The resort style backyard is a state-of-the-art oversized pool that encompasses a built-in infinity spa and large slide. The area also has a private tanning deck. Bask in the sun on the tanning deck, swim and relax in the pool. Enjoy a football game, first run movies at the outdoor theatre complimented with Sono's sound. The area also includes your own putting green, grilling station, firepit, and outdoor pool table!   

Indoor Luxury: All HOZHO Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with Wolf appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater. The main house has 6 bedrooms, 5 of which include your own ensuite bath. The casita includes 2 additional bedrooms with ensuites. Enjoy our intimate workout room to help start your day.   

Bedroom 1: Master Ensuite - with a plush King bed, and an amazing master bathroom which includes a free-standing soaking tub, walk in shower with steam feature, two separate toilet rooms, and 3 vanities to get ready.
Bedroom 2: Perfect kids bunkbed room. Twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds.
Bedroom 3: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom. This library turned into a bedroom is a statement piece with indoor fireplace.
Bedroom 4: Upstairs King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom and beautiful views on a private balcony.
Bedroom 5: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom, desk, and doors leading to the shared West patio.
Bedroom 6: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom, desk, and doors leading to the shared West patio.

The two-story Casita offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a Full sleeper sofa. A private kitchen, balcony and washer and dryer are available.

Bedroom 7: Bottom floor King bedroom Ensuite with a full bathroom.
Bedroom 8: Upstairs bedroom features two Full beds, access to a large balcony and full bathroom.

Pool Heat is optional and is an additional charge.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.

Our experience was amazing, the house was exactly what we were looking for! The house was absolutely stunning and the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms that everyone had their own space. The customer service was great and had quick replies with anything we needed. We will definitely be renting from them again!

The house was amazing. We had eleven guys fit comfortably in this beautiful estate. We were greeted by Billie Marie for a quick tour of the property. Great communication throughout the week with management. We had an issue one day with the AC in the guest house, contacted Billie Marie and issue was resolved before we got back home from playing golf. Beautiful house and the backyard is awesome. Pool, hot tub, pool table and grill were all in working order. This is out first golf trip in over 20 years that we actually wanted to go back to the house and hangout. 10 out of 10!!

Our family travels to Scottsdale regularly and we now have found our home! From check-in to check-out this was an experience that surpasses all others. The home itself feels like you are at your own resort. Many plans we had for our stay were discarded because no one wanted to leave. The backyard is a paradise and my kids spent endless hours rotating between the slide, to the putting green, over to the outdoor pool table. It has a perfect theater in the home to help kids wind down, and a projector for watching the game out by the enormous hot tub was perfect for watching the game for us adults. Kudos to Billie and Scout and the H&H team. They met us at the home to check us in and made sure we understood everything about the home and were available throughout our stay with any questions we had as well were awesome in providing recommendations for us. Thanks again and we will be back!

Wonderful Reunion in a beautiful setting. The house was large enough for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. We stayed here with family and friends and the whole experience was outstanding. The property was first class and clean and the pool was something you see at world class resorts. This place is truly amazing, pictures can't describe how big this place is! The pool is huge and the kids loved the slide! We love, love, loved the outdoor spaces, the movie theatre, the unbelievable views and the outdoor movie screen. This area is so amazing and gives you that true desert feel. We stayed at Hozo East for our company retreat and it did not disappoint. We managed to check off one of our company all time goals. The house is huge and accommodated 8 couples quite easily. Plenty of space to move around and a great location away from the hustle and bustle. The property is well suited to a large group and has facilities to cater for large groups.
