Central to all things Scottsdale, this beautiful 6 Bedroom 5 Bathroom home is sure to be perfect for your family vacation! With just over 5,000 square feet of living space and a large yard full of amenities, there is plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

This beautiful home is the perfect space for any big family or friends to spread out and relax in style! Kitchen equipped with 6 gas burner stoves, double ovens, and double door Sub Zero fridge. With 3 master suites you can retreat to your own space at the end of your day of adventuring around the Valley of the Sun!

The home is situated on an acre lot with a massive yard equipped with seating, dining, and entertaining enough for your entire group. Fire up the grill within the outdoor circular bar and fire pit, cool off by taking a dip in the pool, or relax in the spa. Or step into your own personal arcade room during your stay!

Bedroom 1- A large King master ensuite with twin over day bed to accommodate larger sleeping arrangements. The bathroom includes a dual sink area, a double-person soaking tub, and a walk-in dual shower head equipped with a bidet.
Bedroom 2 - Full-size bedroom located off the living area.
Bedroom 3- King bed master ensuite with an additional twin daybed. Private full-size bathroom attached with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4- Queen by queen bedroom in this hotel suite-style room! Private bathroom attached, with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 5- Queen over queen bunk bed with an additional twin size daybed to accommodate larger sleeping arrangement - full-size bathroom attached offers a walk-in shower.

Casita:

This private mother-in-law suite located in the backyard offers your own personal kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, and fridge. The living room's seating area is around a 60" wall-mounted Smart TV. A twin-over-twin trundle bed sits in the living room for extra sleeping options—a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bed 6 - A king bedroom with an unattached bathroom. An additional daybed is located in the casita's living room to accommodate larger sleeping arrangements.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check in and out time is set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to prepare the house for the next guest. If you request an early check-in or late check-out, fees will apply. A late checkout after 1 p.m. is the same as renting for another night. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

Q. Are Pets Allowed?
A. We allow at least a maximum of 2 pets with a pet deposit of $150/each (non-refundable).

We are a three generation family with eight adults and nine children who thoroughly enjoyed a week at This wonderful home.the linens & bedding are wonderful.The pool is wonderful.The arcade is wonderful and we all simply had a fantastic time... We visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and went to a Cubs training game. Thank you to the management,who are extremely responsive to any questions we had.

We recently stayed at Estrella, and overall, we had a great time. The house is spacious and quite nice. However, there were a few hiccups. For starters, we were told the house would have trash bags, but we couldn't find any. It's a small detail, but having trash bags is pretty essential in a rental, right? So, that was a bit disappointing. On the cleanliness front, there's room for improvement. We found stained sheets in one of the rooms, which suggests a lack of thorough cleaning. And, spotting some dead bugs in a drawer in the casita wasn't pleasant. Also, a bit more clarity in the instructions for navigating the outdoor areas, like pathways and lights, would be helpful, especially after dark. In essence, our stay was enjoyable, but it could have been even better with more attention to these details

We came here for a reunion amongst friends and had the best time. The house is gorgeous and provided so much entertainment for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Definitely would recommend for anyone! The property manager was GREAT. She answered everything so quickly.

Large house, very clean, plenty of room for everyone, nice furnishings, incredible landscaping with gorgeous lighting & outdoor fireplace which we used every night! Our family really enjoyed the game room, pool table & shuffle board as well as the theatre room with large screen and comfy lounge chairs. The kitchen was huge but only provided very basic kitchen tools, nothing extra or above & beyond. Only six wine glasses, no coffee or filters, tea kettle, griddle or standard cooking tools. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, but again nothing extra, no tissues or hairdryer. There were some technical issues with using the spa/pool. The staff was responsive but we had to text multiple times a day to switch between spa & pool. Once it was working though the pool was amazing and spa relaxing. The motorized shades in the MB were stuck closed which was a bummer since that room has the best view & a sliding glass door to the patio & spa. We notified staff but were told the remote needed to be re-programmed & although requested was never provided. The house manual could be more detailed and some of the info was incorrect or outdated, which caused some confusion. Overall we had a nice stay, however, for such a high end expensive house we expected more amenities & attention to detail. All of the above issues are fixable and if addressed would easily have been a 5 star stay.

For a house, it had no towels, trash bags, very few glasses, spices, foil etc. figured for as much as I paid a night it would have a few items. It was like moving into a new house- never seen such an empty vrbo Garage was cool but half the games didn’t work, disappointing. The main tv wouldn’t turn on, stereo didn’t work, garage AC didn’t work. Hot tub didn’t work. Just lack of maintenance I guess.
As for the property management group I give them a c-. We asked to come in early and they wanted to charge $500 to check in a few hours early- that’s pretty steep. We only needed to rent a car for one day but would have had to rent the van for the full trip, costing an extra $450. They were nice but didn’t seem to care or be flexible. Most likely would not rent from this group again.
