This is not a house for parties or events. This is a quiet neighborhood, and the house rules must be followed.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management will carefully evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, or those made at the last minute. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. This deposit will be promptly refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

FAQ’s
Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. The pool heat fee is $95 a night and applied to the entire stay.

Q. What is provided in the rental?
A. We provide sheets and bedding for all the beds. Towels for all the bathrooms as well as pool towels. There is a starter pack of paper products. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps to get you started on your vacation. It is up to the guest to provide for themselves after the starter pack of products.

Our family of 10 (including 3 kids under 4) spent 5 days at this home. It was a very nice, comfortable home for all of us. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Our plan was to mainly stay at the house and relax. But, with the limited amenities, we found ourselves running to buy things quite often. They did mention in the description of the place that they were limited, but, we didn’t anticipate how much. I’ve booked a lot of rentals and could always count on a few things being left in the kitchen, like salt and pepper, spices, tin foil. There was nothing. We even had to buy dish cloths. It would’ve been nice to have some pool toys or floats. There was also a sewer smell in the Master Suite area and I don’t think the main floor was cleaned. It was very dirty. Overall, a very comfortable home. Would suggest providing more amenities for guests

The only other thing that would have made our stay more convenient would have been basic kitchen staples such as salt and pepper and the like.

We knew the house was going to be great from the moment we pulled up to it. The backyard had perfect entertaining spaces all of the bedrooms are really nice and the main living room was great for getting out of the heat and catching a movie in the movie theater. We had a group of 11 and it fit us perfectly. Could have of course held a few more but we were very comfortable.

The house was very clean, although it was clear that the place gets rented often and has some wear and tear. The kitchen was under stocked with serving dishes, serving utensils, garbage bags, cleaning supplies. Given the house is suitable for a larger group, we'd expect the kitchen to be better suited for eating take out or cooking in.

House was great. Has everything you need and more. The backyard was amazing and we spent most our time there throughout the day to take advantage of it.The company that runs the house answers all the questions quick through email or phone call. The house is about 20min from old town, 25 min from the airport but about 5 min from food markets and all other stores. If you want a house for a lot of people with a great backyard i would definitely suggest this one.

The pool was spectacular as advertised, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. However we encountered a lot of challenges elsewhere. Toilet water seeped from under the floor in a bathroom, the ice machine, ceiling fan, sink faucet, toaster, and can opener were all broken. When you spend this kind of money you expect higher quality. We were not told we would need to buy our own toilet paper, tissues, and cleaning supplies, that came as a shock when we ran out of toilet paper. Management responded to my request quickly about the toilet water coming up from the floor but ignored my request to have the ice machine fixed. The pack and Play and highchair were nice when traveling with kids but there were no dishes or cups for kids.

We were so happy to have one week in beautiful Arizona with our family of twelve aged 2 to 72. The layout of the house is ideal for togetherness. The family room has comfortable couches, plenty of space and entertainment in the Mrs. Pac-man console and shuffleboard with billiards nearby.

The exterior covered sitting area adjacent to the pool was very popular and a great way to relax out of the sun while still engaging with the people enjoying the pool. The pool area is lovely. The slide is fun. The shallow end nook works great for little kids. The chaise lounges are very comfortable. Life is good when floating in a private pool looking up at the beautiful Arizona blue sky, sunshine and palm trees.

There are some opportunities for improvement in our experience. As other reviews note the amenities are very limited and we had to purchase garbage bags, Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, hand soap and even clothes hangers. I packed a lot of my own kitchen items (knives, measuring cups/spoons, various kitchen utensils, salt and pepper grinder, food storage containers, etc.) to help make the meals we planned and we purchased a mixer and baking dish at Target. Providing more in this area feels like a low cost way to delight your guests.

The landscaping needs attention and the grassy area adjacent to the pool is pretty rough. Some minor repairs are needed throughout the home.

We chose to invest in heating the pool and had issues which we were not expecting but were ultimately addressed. My advice if you are heating the pool is to ensure you have a clear understanding of what you should do as a guest and what property ownership will do to oversee this. My text messages to property management were responded to in a timely manner.

My family of 7 had a fantastic week in this house. We loved the outside area so much and spent a lot of time there. We also loved the movie room. The house was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. There were a couple negatives ( no internet for two days, no plastic drinware for the pool area and not enough silverware - had to constantly wash). But all in all it was a very beautiful house and we would recommend it.

Incredible stay with a ton of room and unlimited entertainment. The movie theatre room was amazing for the kids and adults. The backyard oasis was second to none. We absolutely loved our experience all the way around. The hot tub heats up quickly and the pool is so tranquil and relaxing. The kitchen was slightly scarce on necessities. Property workers showed up 3 different times unannounced and scared us. The guest bath tub and drain need to be touched up and cleaned. Those were our only concerns. Overall this place was spectacular.

The place was in great shape and very clean upon arrival. Location was desirable and overall accommodations were top notch. Managment was very responsive with the only hiccup being of their team members showing up to have me pay him in CASH for the pool heater. I tried to reach him to see if I could pay via Venmo or add to my bill, and the dude showed up at the house and acted like an immature 2-year old that I didn't feel comfortable giving him cash. My concern was that he was stealing from the company. They were able to take Venmo and I suspect they still did not give these funds to their ownership. I don't like people who steal.

The home was everything I had hoped for. Nice, clean, spacious interior- with comfortable furniture and new decor. The pool area was perfect. Plenty of patio furniture and seating in the shade or in the sun. We loved having the pool slide and “rain” to keep cool. The outdoor bar with fridge and TV/music was a plus!
Location was close (within 1mile) to many grocery/ liquor stores, restaurants and just a few miles to several different golf courses. Neighborhood was great for daily walks. Quiet and felt safe.
Only complaint is minor- I’m used to getting check in instructions a few days before my trip. I was initially told I would get the instructions 12-24 hours before arrival. I didn’t have these yet by 10am the day of arrival. This made me a little nervous about the reservation. I reached out to owner and he was quick to respond. Everything turned out fine and check in was easy.

One guest bathroom tub was a little scratched up. Master bathroom had a smell from the shower. Pool was fantastic. Inside of house was very clean at arrival, but cannot say same about outside. Bits of trash in various places around pool, trash cans had not been emptied in several weeks, they were full and stinky. Fireplace was great. Putting green was fun. Some of the plants were not well cared for, basketball court area was a little beat up. Cracked window in one guest bedroom. Overall inside of house was great, pool was great, fireplace was great, outdoor area needs to be better taken care of.

We were so pleased with our stay here. It was spring break, and in middle of the coronavirus crisis, we wanted to go somewhere with great weather and just enjoy the pool and amenities. This place is very well equipped for a family or larger crowd. The pool is amazing, and the deck next to it is a great place to hang out. There is a basketball court, a putting green, a large yard, and indoor games include a pool table and a shuffleboard table. Everything was in great shape, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is phenomenal, and one of the best parts of Scottsdale. It’s a great location for those who want to do biking and hiking, with the trails nearby. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Let me start by saying we were a group of 8, 40 something guys on our annual golf trip. This was the first time we skipped the hotel route for a rental home. There were pros and cons for sure. Biggest mistake we made was that we had 8 guys, but only 7 beds. Also, the pull out couch bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable it really shouldn’t be listed as a bed. So 2 guys had to just sleep on top of couches. But that is mainly on us.
The house was in great shape, great layout and was mostly clean (did have hair in the master shower drain which was gross), but overall it was pretty clean.
Our biggest issue was the pool/ hot tub. They are amazing! And was the highlight of the stay. But, the heating was ridiculous. First of all, we didn’t realize until after we booked that there was an additional fee added ($75 per day) to heat the pool. Didn’t like that at all, should be included in the price. But worse, it kept shutting off on us. The first night was great, but when we returned from golf on Thursday, we came home to a cool hot tub. Somehow the heat just shut off. So we messed with the electronic keypad and finally figured out how to turn it back on but it was too late. So no hot tub on Thursday. Then, after using it Friday night, thankfully I checked the hot tub Sat morning before we left and again the heat was off! So frustrating! Not to mention the pool was now cold. But we just basically didn’t care at that point. So needless to say, this was a big problem, and should be addressed.
Otherwise, location and everything else was nice. Probably would not stay there again though due to the hot tub pool concerns, which is unfortunate cause that was the most beautiful part of this home.
I also thought overall communication from the management team was subpar at best.

Perfect vacation getaway for families. Resort like setting with a beautiful outdoor setup. Great pool and water features that added to the resort like feeling. Reservation process was simple, and communication with Tony (property manager) was easy. Tony was quick to answer any questions and was more than accommodating in resolving a minor issue. Overall a 5 star for experience and would definitely stay in the future.

We had a list of things we wanted but didn't need, for our holiday rental: pool, hot tub/spa, 5 bdrm, putting green, pool table, slide, nice BBQ. This had it ALL! We went over budget but we think it was worth it. The photos are exactly what you see. There should be more night photos to show off the pool & yard lights though. We had a bit of an issue with kitchen sink plumbing but got it fixed up before we left. We thought the house was well cleaned & ready for us. The garbage/recycling bins were not cleaned out. (Looks like there may have been a party before us as there were balloons & streamers in the bin) Some garbage was in the recycling bin. Nice amenities like hotel-size shampoo, condition, body lotion & soap. Nice touch.
The decor was inviting and comfortable.
Property location seemed to be a bit far from some grocery stores and our destinations but nothing more than a 1/2 hour. Felt safe though. The area was quiet.
To book was very easy - Tony got back to us regarding the plumbing as soon as he could.
My grandkids loved the pool and slide so much. But so did the rest of us!
I hope we left the house in the condition that was expected of us. Have never done this before - so wanted to do it right! Thank you, Tony!

Family trip to AZ and to stay at this newly remodeled beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. So much for my kids to do and so easy for the adults to relax and enjoy. This rental will be tough to book again in the future bc it’s perfect so if it’s available jump on it!!
