Welcome to Desert Palms!
This newly renovated home is the perfect place to stay with friends and family. Walk in through the front doors to the brand new red pool table in the center of the living area. With a dining room that sits 8, you have the perfect table to enjoy home cooked meals at.
Step into the kitchen with LG appliances and dual ovens. There is plenty of counter space to prepare meals on. Double door fridge with a pull out freezer drawer on the bottom. Dual Keurig/Drip Coffee maker for you to start your day off with a cup of coffee. 8 barstools situated around the large Formica kitchen island. This kitchen is fully stocked with the essential kitchen utensils for your stay.
The den located in the same open floor plan as the kitchen offers a large sectional to lounge around and watch your favorite sports games with friends. Frigidaire washer and dryer are on site in this property, with a half bathroom located off of the laundry room.
Backyard: This large backyard has plenty of seating, a pool with a water feature. and grill for you to cook out on! Enjoy the Arizona sun lounging around the pool.

Master Bedroom: This King bed ensuite features a wall mounted Smart LG TV, private access to the backyard, and a newly renovated walk in shower with dual shower heads. His and her sinks and a stool located at the vanity making getting ready in the mornings a breeze. Private toilet room.
Bed 2: Queen bedroom with two nightstands and a closet.
Bed 3: Large King bedroom with Samsung Smart TV and with two nightstands and a closet.
Bed 4: Full and twin bedroom makes this room a perfect space for kids. There is a private TV in this bedroom with a dresser to store your belongings in.
There is a full bathroom located in the hallway that the 3 bedrooms share. The bathroom features a his and her sink and a sh5ower/tub combo with dual shower heads.

There is a charge for early check in and late check out. This has to be approved by management first.

Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management will review and assess each reservation. We reserve the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 if deemed necessary. The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out provided there are no damages or incidents that the renter is liable to.

Pool and Spa heat is optional and will be an additional charge of $95 per day, charged for the entire duration of the stay.

Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.

FAQ’s

Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 10 minutes away.

Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. During the colder season, this does not mean the pool maintains that temperature. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.

Q. Are there restaurants nearby?
A. Yes, Scottsdale is a big city that is spread out. There are numerous restaurants, bars and shopping all around within a short distance.

Q. Early check in or late check out?
A. Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Everything was as adverstised and clean. Easy to use everything and went as planned. Had a great time. Only thing I wasn't aware of was the hot tub heat was directly tied with the pool heat that you need to pay for upfront. So that was a bummer or else great stay, thank you!

Great location, very comfortable beds, lots of space and activities in the yard as detailed in the description. Quick response from management company by email, however lacked follow through addressing issues; such as Hot tub issues- hot tub did not work throughout one week stay despite numerous emails back and forth. When they did address the issues sending information to submit a work maintenance request time had elapsed for the holiday not addressing the issue in time for use, limited supplies available despite listing included for description; i.e propane not supplied however available on request only, no supply hand soap had to purchase our own eventually they provided limited supply but only after feedback from the renters. For this reason I would not book again. This rental seemed to focus on their profit vs meeting guest needs.
